VPNZONE provides subscription-based VPN access and related configuration resources (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We aim for clear and fair rules. At the same time, VPN is a network service and depends on many external factors (ISP routes, device settings, local restrictions). Please read the Refund Policy carefully.
2. Eligibility & account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and VPN configuration files. You agree to provide accurate information when required (e.g., email for activation/support).
- You must not share or resell access unless you are part of an approved reseller program.
- We may request verification if fraud or abuse is suspected.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials.
3. Service description
The Service provides encrypted VPN connections using supported protocols and configuration profiles. We may offer multiple server locations and routing options. Specific performance can vary over time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will work with every website, every streaming platform, or under every network condition.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the Service for:
- Malware, hacking attempts, DDoS, phishing, or other harmful activity.
- Abuse that harms network stability or other users’ experience.
- Automated credential stuffing, brute force, or bypass attempts against our systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or repeated violations.
5. Plans & connections
Plans specify duration and may include a limit on simultaneous connections (e.g., “2 connections”). Connection limits are designed to keep the service stable and fair for all users.
- “Connections” means concurrent VPN sessions at the same time.
- We may adjust technical capacity (servers/routes) as needed for maintenance and reliability.
- If you need more connections, contact support for options (including reseller/proxy solutions).
6. Payments
Subscriptions are typically prepaid. Payment methods may include card payments or bank transfer depending on availability. When you purchase a plan, you authorize us (or our payment partners) to process the payment.
- Pricing is displayed at checkout and may vary by plan duration.
- Activation may require manual confirmation if payment notifications fail.
- To avoid delays, after payment you may be asked to send: “Paid — email — plan” to support.
7. Availability & maintenance
We strive for high availability, but the Service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, upstream provider incidents, or events outside our control.
Planned maintenance may be announced via our Telegram channel/support where possible.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your device configuration, third-party restrictions, ISP issues, local censorship, or user error. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription period, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refund eligibility window
You may request a refund within 5 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period may be declined, except where required by applicable law.
9.2 When refunds may be approved
Refunds are intended for cases where the Service is not functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable troubleshooting period.
- Service-wide outages that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Account activation issues where payment is confirmed but access cannot be provided.
- Technical faults on our side confirmed by support after diagnostics.
9.3 When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined in cases including (but not limited to):
- Issues caused by the user’s ISP, router, device settings, antivirus/firewall, or local network restrictions.
- Streaming platform blocks or third-party service limitations not under our control.
- Failure to follow setup instructions or refusal to perform basic troubleshooting steps.
- Account abuse, ToS violations, chargeback fraud, or suspicious activity.
9.4 How to request a refund
Send a refund request to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Refund request
- Your account email/username
- Transaction reference (if available)
- A short description of the issue and steps already tried
9.5 Processing time
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on banks/payment providers and may take several business days.
10. Suspension / termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is involved in abuse, fraud, or repeated ToS violations, or if required by law. We may also suspend access to protect the Service during incidents.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The newest version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
