1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, customer support channels (including Telegram and email), and any services that reference this Policy (collectively, the “Service”). If you use the Service, you agree that we may process your information as described here.

Important: This Policy describes how we handle account and support data. Your VPN traffic is protected with encryption between your device and our VPN servers. We do not sell personal data.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide the Service, process payments, and support users. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

2.1 Account & support information

  • Contact details such as email address (for activation, account access, support).
  • Account identifiers (username or customer ID in our panel) and your selected plan/duration.
  • Support messages you send us (e.g., Telegram/chat/email), including attachments you choose to share.

2.2 Transaction information

  • Payment status (paid/unpaid), timestamps, plan purchased, and transaction reference.
  • We do not store full card numbers. Card processing is handled by payment providers/banks.

2.3 Website technical information

  • Basic device and browser info (user agent, approximate time of visit, pages viewed) for security and performance.
  • Server logs may include IP address for short periods to prevent abuse and troubleshoot incidents.

3. How we use information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Service: create/maintain accounts, deliver VPN configuration, activate subscriptions.
  • Support: respond to requests, troubleshoot connection issues, confirm payment/activation.
  • Security: protect against fraud, abuse, automated attacks, and to keep systems reliable.
  • Service improvement: understand common problems and improve documentation and stability.
  • Compliance: meet legal obligations (e.g., accounting records, responding to lawful requests).

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary:

  • Payment providers: to process transactions (they have their own policies and security controls).
  • Service providers: hosting/monitoring tools strictly for operating the Service (under confidentiality).
  • Legal requirements: if we are required to disclose information by lawful request, court order, or regulation.

We try to minimize disclosure. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify you about requests.

6. VPN usage & “no activity logs”

Our goal is privacy-first operation. We do not store browsing activity logs (websites visited, DNS queries, content), and we do not inspect user traffic contents. VPN traffic is encrypted between your device and the VPN server.

For service stability and abuse prevention, we may process limited operational metadata such as: connection events, server load indicators, and temporary network diagnostics. This information is used to keep the service running and secure and is retained for limited periods.

Note: “No activity logs” means we do not keep records of what you browse. It does not mean we keep zero technical data required to operate a network service safely.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website function properly and to understand basic usage trends. Where possible, we keep this minimal.

  • Essential cookies: required for login sessions, language preferences, and basic site operation.
  • Analytics (optional/limited): helps us understand which pages are most useful and detect errors.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.

8. Security measures

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and backups.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Examples:

  • Account data is retained while your account remains active and as needed for support and accounting.
  • Support communications may be retained to resolve issues and improve the Service.
  • Security logs may be retained for shorter periods to prevent abuse and investigate incidents.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Access: request what data we hold about you.
  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request deletion where legally permissible.
  • Objection / restriction: limit certain processing in some cases.

To exercise your rights, contact us at the email below.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information where required.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date”.
